Jefferson Parish Ordinance Chapter 20-167 establishes the following curfews for
minors under the age of 17 years:

Monday through Thursday
|
between the hours of 11:00 pm and 5:00 am |
|
|
Friday through Sunday |
between the hours of 12:00 am (midnight) and 5:00 am |
|
The JPSO takes this curfew very seriously.
Any juvenile who is out
during these hours without proper supervision is subject to being held and
questioned by JPSO Deputies.
