Property taxes become due on
December 1st of the taxable year, and become deliquent on December 31st of the
same taxable year.

Tax notices are normally mailed the last week of November for that taxable year.

If your mortgage company usually pays your property taxes, please forward the
notice accordingly.

Property taxes can be paid by
mail, using the enclosed return envelope.
